  1. AVISO LEGAL Y NATURALEZA DEL SERVICIO:

    Patrimonia Legal LLC presta servicios exclusivamente en materia de Derecho Mexicano. Patrimonia Legal LLC no es una firma de abogados autorizada bajo las leyes de los Estados Unidos de América ni del Estado de Arizona. Sus integrantes no cuentan con licencia para ejercer el derecho (Attorney at Law) en ninguna jurisdicción estadounidense. La información en este sitio es informativa y no genera una relación abogado-cliente bajo leyes de EE. UU. Para asuntos de ley estadounidense, el usuario debe consultar a un abogado con licencia en este país.

  2. ACEPTACIÓN DE LOS TÉRMINOS:

    El acceso y uso de este sitio web, así como la contratación de servicios, implica la aceptación plena de estos Términos, del Aviso Legal y del Aviso de Privacidad.

  3. ALCANCE DE LOS SERVICIOS Y GESTIÓN POR TERCEROS:

    Ofrecemos consultoría en Derecho Mexicano y trámites digitales (apostillas, traducciones, actas). El usuario reconoce que Patrimonia Legal LLC actúa como coordinador y gestor logístico. Las traducciones son realizadas por peritos independientes y las gestiones ante autoridades dependen de instituciones externas. El despacho se reserva el derecho de rechazar servicios si la documentación es insuficiente o inconsistente.

  4. POLÍTICAS DE PAGO Y REEMBOLSOS:

    • Pagos: Todos los servicios requieren pago anticipado en dólares (USD).

    • Asesorías: Cancelaciones o cambios requieren 24 horas de anticipación -para reembolso o agenda sin costo. Inasistencias no son reembolsables.

    • Trámites: No aplican reembolsos una vez iniciada la revisión, gestión o contacto con autoridades. Únicamente errores atribuibles exclusivamente a Patrimonia Legal LLC serán evaluables para reembolso.

  5. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD:

    Patrimonia Legal LLC no es responsable por retrasos o negativas de autoridades mexicanas o estadounidenses, fallas en servicios de mensajería (FedEx, UPS, DHL), o eventos de fuerza mayor. Los tiempos de entrega son estimados y no garantizados.

  6. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN:

    Cualquier controversia relacionada con estos términos o los servicios prestados se regirá por las leyes del Estado de Arizona. Las partes se someten irrevocablemente a la jurisdicción de las cortes del Condado de Maricopa, Phoenix, AZ, renunciando a cualquier otra jurisdicción.

    Patrimonia Legal LLC provides services exclusively related to Mexican Law. Patrimonia Legal LLC is not a law firm authorized under the laws of the United States or the State of Arizona. Its members are not licensed to practice law (Attorneys at Law) in any U.S. jurisdiction. Information on this site is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client relationship under U.S. law. For matters involving U.S. law, users must consult a licensed attorney in this country.

  2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

    Accessing this website or contracting services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy Policy.

  3. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND THIRD-PARTY COORDINATION:

    We provide Mexican Law consulting and digital administrative services (apostilles, translations, vital records). The user acknowledges that Patrimonia Legal LLC acts as a coordinator and logistics manager. Translations are performed by independent certified translators, and procedures before authorities depend on external institutions. The firm reserves the right to decline service if documentation is insufficient.

  4. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICIES:

    • Payments: All services require full advance payment in U.S. Dollars (USD).

    • Consultations: Cancellations or changes require 24-hour notice for a refund or rescheduling. No-shows are non-refundable.

    • Services: Refunds do not apply once document review, file preparation, or communication with authorities has begun. Only errors solely attributable to Patrimonia Legal LLC may be considered for a refund.

  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

    Patrimonia Legal LLC is not liable for delays or denials by Mexican or U.S. authorities, courier service failures (FedEx, UPS, DHL), or force majeure events. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.

  6. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

    Any controversy related to these terms or services provided shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Both parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maricopa County, Phoenix, AZ, waiving any other jurisdiction.
