1. AVISO LEGAL Y NATURALEZA DEL SERVICIO
Patrimonia Legal LLC es una firma de consultoría y gestión operativa binacional que presta servicios exclusivamente relacionados con gestiones y trámites de Derecho Mexicano. Patrimonia Legal LLC no es un despacho de abogados autorizado bajo las leyes de los Estados Unidos de América ni del Estado de Arizona. Sus integrantes, consultores y directivos no cuentan con licencia para ejercer el derecho (Attorney at Law) en ninguna jurisdicción estadounidense. La información contenida en este sitio web y proporcionada durante las consultorías es de carácter estrictamente informativo respecto a procesos en México y no genera una relación abogado-cliente bajo las leyes de los Estados Unidos de América. Para asuntos que involucren legislación estadounidense, el usuario debe consultar a un abogado con licencia en este país.
2. ACEPTACIÓN DE LOS TÉRMINOS
El acceso y uso de este sitio web, la programación de citas y/o la contratación de cualquier servicio, implica la lectura, entendimiento y aceptación plena e incondicional de estos Términos y Condiciones, así como de nuestro Aviso de Privacidad.
3. ALCANCE DE LOS SERVICIOS Y GESTIÓN POR TERCEROS
Ofrecemos consultoría en materia mexicana y coordinación de trámites (apostillas, traducciones, actas, procesos notariales y registrales). El usuario reconoce y acepta que Patrimonia Legal LLC actúa como coordinador y gestor logístico.
Terceros: Las traducciones, fe pública y dictámenes son realizados por peritos, notarios y autoridades independientes.
Derecho de Admisión: El despacho se reserva el derecho de rechazar o suspender servicios en cualquier momento si la documentación proporcionada es insuficiente, inconsistente, o si se detecta falsedad en las declaraciones del usuario.
4. OBLIGACIONES Y RESPONSABILIDAD DEL CLIENTE
El usuario se compromete a proporcionar información veraz, completa y documentos auténticos. Cualquier rechazo de trámites, multas o retrasos derivados de información oculta, falsa, alterada o errores previos en los registros oficiales del cliente, serán responsabilidad exclusiva del usuario, eximiendo a Patrimonia Legal LLC de cualquier responsabilidad legal o de reembolso.
5. POLÍTICAS DE CITAS, CANCELACIONES Y REEMBOLSOS
Todos los servicios requieren pago anticipado en dólares estadounidenses.
Cancelaciones y Reprogramaciones: Si el usuario necesita cancelar o modificar la fecha de su sesión de asesoría, deberá realizarlo con un mínimo de 48 horas de anticipación al horario programado.
Política de No Reembolso: Las cancelaciones, reprogramaciones o inasistencias notificadas con menos de 48 horas de anticipación no serán elegibles para reembolso, sin excepción.
Tiempo de Tolerancia: Para sesiones presenciales o por videollamada, existe un tiempo de gracia máximo de 10 minutos. Pasado este tiempo, la cita se dará por cancelada automáticamente por inasistencia, sin posibilidad de reembolso o reprogramación gratuita.
Servicios Operativos: No aplican reembolsos una vez iniciada la revisión de expedientes, gestiones administrativas, traducciones o contacto con autoridades.
6. CONTRACARGOS Y DISPUTAS BANCARIAS
Al aceptar estos términos, el cliente reconoce que los servicios de consultoría y gestión operativa consumen tiempo y recursos desde el primer contacto. Cualquier disputa de cargo (chargeback) injustificada ante su institución bancaria tras la prestación del servicio será considerada una violación a este contrato y Patrimonia Legal LLC se reserva el derecho de tomar acciones de cobranza o legales, además de cancelar de inmediato cualquier gestión en curso.
7. ENVÍO Y MANEJO DE DOCUMENTOS ORIGINALES
Cuando el servicio requiera el envío de documentos originales, Patrimonia Legal LLC utilizará servicios de paquetería de primer nivel. Sin embargo, el cliente acepta que Patrimonia Legal LLC no asume responsabilidad civil, penal ni financiera por la pérdida, robo, daño o extravío de documentos una vez entregados a la empresa de mensajería, ni por confiscaciones aduanales. Cualquier reclamación deberá gestionarse directamente con la paquetería correspondiente bajo los términos del seguro de envío aplicable.
8. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD Y TIEMPOS DE ENTREGA
Los tiempos de entrega comunicados por Patrimonia Legal LLC son estrictamente estimados y no garantizados, ya que dependen de los tiempos de procesamiento de autoridades mexicanas, estadounidenses y proveedores externos. Patrimonia Legal LLC no es responsable por retrasos, negativas de trámite, o fallas en sistemas gubernamentales (fuerza mayor). En cualquier caso, la responsabilidad financiera máxima de Patrimonia Legal LLC hacia el cliente por cualquier error comprobable y atribuible exclusivamente a la firma, estará limitada y no excederá el monto total de los honorarios pagados por el cliente por ese servicio específico.
9. MODIFICACIONES A LOS TÉRMINOS
Patrimonia Legal LLC se reserva el derecho de modificar estos Términos y Condiciones en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones entrarán en vigor inmediatamente después de su publicación en el sitio web.
10. LEY APLICABLE Y JURISDICCIÓN
Cualquier controversia relacionada con estos términos, el uso del sitio web o los servicios prestados, se regirá por las leyes del Estado de Arizona. Las partes acuerdan someterse irrevocablemente a la jurisdicción exclusiva de las cortes ubicadas en el Condado de Maricopa, Phoenix, Arizona, renunciando a cualquier otra jurisdicción que pudiera corresponderles por su domicilio presente o futuro.

1. LEGAL NOTICE AND NATURE OF SERVICE
Patrimonia Legal LLC is a binational consulting and operational management firm that provides services exclusively related to procedures and matters of Mexican Law. Patrimonia Legal LLC is not a law firm authorized under the laws of the United States of America or the State of Arizona. Its members, consultants, and directors do not hold a license to practice law (Attorney at Law) in any jurisdiction within the United States of America. The information contained on this website and provided during consultations is strictly informational regarding processes in Mexico and does not create an attorney-client relationship under the laws of the United States of America. For matters involving the legislation of the United States of America, the user must consult an attorney licensed in that country.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Accessing and using this website, scheduling appointments, and/or contracting any service implies the full and unconditional reading, understanding, and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Notice.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND THIRD-PARTY MANAGEMENT
We offer consulting in Mexican matters and coordination of procedures (apostilles, translations, official records, notarial and registry processes). The user acknowledges and accepts that Patrimonia Legal LLC acts as a coordinator and logistical manager.
Third Parties: Translations, public faith (notarization), and official rulings are performed by independent experts, notaries, and authorities.
Right of Refusal: The firm reserves the right to refuse or suspend services at any time if the documentation provided is insufficient, inconsistent, or if falsehood is detected in the user's declarations.
4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information and authentic documents. Any rejection of procedures, fines, or delays resulting from hidden, false, or altered information, or previous errors in the client's official records, will be the exclusive responsibility of the user, exempting Patrimonia Legal LLC from any legal liability or refund obligations.
5. APPOINTMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICIES
All services require advance payment in United States dollars.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: If the user needs to cancel or modify the date of their consulting session, they must do so at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
No Refund Policy: Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows notified with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund, without exception.
Grace Period: For in-person sessions or video calls, there is a maximum grace period of 10 minutes. After this time, the appointment will be automatically canceled due to a no-show, with no possibility of a refund or free rescheduling.
Operational Services: Refunds do not apply once the review of files, administrative management, translations, or contact with authorities has begun.
6. CHARGEBACKS AND BANK DISPUTES
By accepting these terms, the client acknowledges that consulting and operational management services consume time and resources from the first contact. Any unjustified chargeback dispute with their banking institution after the service has been provided will be considered a breach of this contract, and Patrimonia Legal LLC reserves the right to take collection or legal action, in addition to immediately canceling any ongoing procedure.
7. SHIPPING AND HANDLING OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS
When the service requires the shipping of original documents, Patrimonia Legal LLC will use top-tier parcel services. However, the client accepts that Patrimonia Legal LLC assumes no civil, criminal, or financial responsibility for the loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of documents once delivered to the courier company, nor for customs confiscations. Any claim must be managed directly with the corresponding parcel company under the terms of the applicable shipping insurance.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times communicated by Patrimonia Legal LLC are strictly estimated and not guaranteed, as they depend on the processing times of Mexican authorities, authorities of the United States of America, and external providers. Patrimonia Legal LLC is not responsible for delays, procedure denials, or failures in government systems (force majeure). In any case, the maximum financial liability of Patrimonia Legal LLC to the client for any verifiable error exclusively attributable to the firm will be limited to and will not exceed the total amount of the fees paid by the client for that specific service.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
Patrimonia Legal LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon their publication on the website.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute related to these terms, the use of the website, or the services provided shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. The parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Phoenix, Arizona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domicile.
